Pousada Utopia

The only good thing was being near the beach. They don't provide bath towels, shampoo, soap, or cleaning, and there was no hot water. The bathroom flooded, and there were cockroaches in both the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is shared, too. The owner, federico, was overbearing and threatened us, but never fixed our problems. Over a minor issue, he charged us bizarre and arbitrary fines. He was very arrogant. There are plenty of better options.

The only upside is the location, two blocks from the beach and three from the center. We arrived to an uncleaned room, a bed without sheets, and a bathroom covered in urine and feces. I was there with my partner, but they put two single beds together. Forget sleeping together, they kept sliding apart when we lay in the middle. No one came to clean during the week. The kitchen was filthy, and there was hair in the breakfast. There was loud music, commotion, and noise at all hours. If you want comfort and peace, don't stay here.

The people who hosted us elsewhere were kind, since the place included in our package wasn't available as promised.

It was filthy and completely run-down, with cockroaches in the beds. Honestly, a horrible place. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
