Pousada Vento Sul

There was no breakfast, and the nearest bakery was about 700m away. Without a microwave, even warming water for our chimarrão meant walking to the bakery and paying them to heat it. The room seemed to have been shut for months, with lots of dust and a smell of animal feces. The pool closes at 20 h, which left little chance to use it since we usually got back from the beach around then, and the beach is far away. We didn't enjoy the stay. It's not a family place, since pets and anyone under 15 aren't allowed.

The room setup was good, the internet worked well, and the place was clean, quiet, and had friendly service. It's a good location with easy access to the beach. The mattress could be better, though; it was hard. There isn't breakfast, which isn't a major issue, but there aren't many good options nearby. The TV could also be better for rainy days, since it only gets regular broadcast channels.

It's quiet and has parking, so it's a good choice if you're traveling by car. The owner was very friendly and helped us with everything, including how to get around without a car. Everything was spotless, and there's a eucalyptus forest just a block away. Walking to the beach takes a while, which is why I took a star off, but you can do it, and Campeche's beaches are spectacular. It's also a good spot for heading out to dinner or the supermarket.

Such a great experience! I was welcomed so warmly, and the partners are wonderful people. Nothing but praise. I went and recommend it, you need to see this place!
