Really great!

The location won me over: everything you need is within three blocks, and the beach is a little more than two blocks away. Walking through the town center, you can see the sea and reach it in no time. The apartments are clean, freshly painted, and their electrical wiring has been upgraded. We had no problems with anything tripping, and everything worked well. The kitchens have plenty for making and eating simple meals, including pots, pans, an electric kettle, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, saucers, bowls, platters, and other basics. Cooking exactly as you would at home is another matter, but you can manage just fine. Each apartment also has a clothesline for airing out a few things in the sun, though you can't do laundry there as you would at home. The three-floor inn has apartments on each level and windowed hallways overlooking the garden, so they feel open instead of enclosed. Unlike many places, it provides sheets and towels. If you need fresh ones, you can get them at reception or ask the cleaning staff to change them. The place has improved a lot compared with the facilities shown in old Google photos. The Argentinian owner seems to put money into it every year to keep guests happy. Guests can also break or take things, and sometimes leave more of a mess than the staff, so there are two sides to those complaints. The inn has been successfully improved, and I recommend it with confidence.

The way complaints were handled and the communication were disappointing. Everyone else we met there also had issues with how the owners treated guests. We booked an apartment with a garden view but were put in a hallway room for three days because of poor management. They intended to move us to another apartment every three days, even though we had booked for several days. The kitchen was missing a microwave and oven and had very few utensils. There was no cleaning service or spare towels and sheets, despite our stay lasting more than ten days, and clothes were left hanging in the hallway. On our last night the power was out for five hours. We weren't familiar with the area, but the stay itself was good.
