We let them know we'd be arriving late, but when we got there to check in, our rooms had been sold to another group. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff were garbage.

My flight was delayed until the next day, and by the time I reached the hotel it was almost 2 AM. There's literally a dumpster outside. I showed the concierge my Agoda booking for two nights, but she said it had been canceled because I hadn't arrived. I asked if I could pay for a room anyway since I was exhausted, but she said the hotel was full. I guess they didn't waste time double-booking. She was super rude and shouldn't be in customer service. A horrible experience, and I would never book there again.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the bad management isn't their fault. But I was assigned one of the deplorable rooms. After booking four nights, I packed up after just one and moved to a better hotel. The mattress badly needs replacing, the bathroom reeked of bleach, and the next day a wet dog smell overwhelmed the room. The window lock was broken, the toilet shifted when used, and I could hear absolutely everything outside. The hotel advertised a refund policy on Expedia but refused to refund the unused nights.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and polite. Still, the air conditioner was really noisy, and the thin walls let me hear people in the hall and next door. The Wi-Fi was so bad I had to use my own data most of the time.
