The staff were okay, but the room was filthy and nasty. The sheets smelled and were torn, the pillows were flatter than a frying pan, and the bed didn't even have a fitted sheet. The mattress was old, hard, and brown. The bathroom was probably the worst part, with dirty floors and walls and mold in the grout. The shower never got warm, so my wife and I had cold showers, and the AC was stuck at 24 degrees Celsius. We stayed the night anyway and raised our concerns in the morning, but staff showed no sympathy, offered nothing, and ignored our complaints. This was literally my worst hotel experience anywhere in the world. The place is trash and should be torn down. Avoid it at all cost.

The hotel's location was the one good thing. The rooms were very old, the linens had makeup stains or were dirty, and the evening staff were rude. We asked about laundry we were supposed to receive while they were playing music loudly. They barely paid attention, didn't turn the volume down, and my husband had to yell for them to understand him. They kept rolling their eyes at us. Those rude boys had no business working at the front desk. See picture for TV.

The room was big and clean, but there was mold everywhere and my allergies went nuts. The online pictures seem to be from a different hotel. It looks like an 80s place and has none of the newer basics apart from Wi-Fi. It's not a 4-star hotel as advertised. I've stayed in better 3-star hotels.

The price was the most inviting part for me. I got a spacious room with a great city view, and the breakfast was very good too. An excellent hotel.

The first day I only had cold water for a shower. The TV didn't work, the towel looked like a floor mat, there was a cockroach in my room, and the place was extremely noisy. Poor service and a terrible experience. Avoid this hotel.
