The bathroom was a letdown, and the whole apartment felt stuffy, dirty, and strongly scented with bleach. It was so creepy that the room felt like a prison. The area also seemed unsafe, and the doors were in such poor shape that none of the three would open properly. The keys and locks kept jamming, and we had to pour cooking oil on them just to lock the apartment safely. Checkout was at 11:00 AM, but someone knocked at 10:50, basically to push us out because the room needed cleaning. We were left outside with all our things. While we waited 15 minutes for transportation, the person finished cleaning the entire apartment. That gives you an idea of how clean it could have been.

The host was very friendly, but couldn’t fix the problems, and the place had no maintenance. We booked through Booking.com, then our reservation was cancelled so they could rent it outside Booking.com. The services they had offered weren’t provided. Wi-Fi was also very poor downstairs and didn’t reach the upper floor.

The host was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It’s an excellent spot, just a few blocks from the beach and downtown.

It was wonderful, and I’d recommend it 100%. Location, comfort, and cleanliness all get a 10. The whole family loved it. I’d definitely recommend it, and it’ll be my favorite place to stay in floripa. Many thanks to the host, who was always willing to help.

We had a great family stay. The host was committed and always available, and the accommodation is beautiful, tidy, and decorated so nicely. It has everything for cooking at home, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and private bathrooms. Pets are welcome too, just let them know beforehand. The beach is very close, and there are bakeries and markets nearby. If you want a snack, there’s a place close enough for an easy walk. There’s also parking for your car. Thanks for a lovely stay and for taking such good care of your guests. We’re definitely hoping to return! 😉
