The whole stay was awful. I drove 500 kms to get there and found that the place didn’t match the listing. When I complained, the owner offered a refund if I handed over the apartment, but I’d come from far away and couldn’t do that. I’d booked parking, yet he never gave me the remote. After driving out, I returned to find there was no assigned space. I’d apparently only paid to get the car inside, and had trouble in the garage. He also kept complaining about my bicycles. The room was nothing like the photos, the air conditioning barely worked, and the bathroom smelled of sewage. The service was terrible. I don’t recommend it.

We booked through Booking for November. The online photos made the rooms look clean and organized, but ours was completely different. The sheets and floor were dirty, the balcony door had broken glass, and the room’s barbecue looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bathroom stank of sewage. We told the owner, who promptly moved us to another room, but that one was dirty too, with hair from other guests. The TV didn’t work, and the air conditioning was broken. Its drain pipe ran through the middle of the room into a 20-liter water jug. We couldn’t stay for even 24 hours. The place was dirty and the power was terrible. I don’t recommend it. In Canasvieiras, there are inns at the same price that are more organized and CLEAN!

The women on staff are attentive, and the owner is too. This is already my second visit, and we’ll be back.

We’ve stayed here for years, and they always make us feel welcome. It’s clean, safe, and in a really convenient location.
