Residencial Leticia

We had a really special New Year’s Eve here, and the apartment made the holiday even better. It’s peaceful, with everything working properly, and the host was attentive and easy to communicate with whenever I needed anything. The apartment felt cozy as soon as we arrived and was comfortable and well organized. The air conditioning worked very well, especially on hot days, and the beds were great for sleeping. The sheets were clean, fresh-smelling, and well looked after. The location made it easy to get to the main places in the area. I’d recommend staying here and would come back without hesitation.

We only went to the beach after arriving at the condo and seeing that it looked nothing like the photos. It was filthy and full of cockroaches, and with all the rain, the owner said the cockroach population would only grow. We didn’t leave right away because the power had gone out, and there wasn’t even an emergency light. That’s another thing guests should know. The place was horrible, and I can’t recommend it to anyone. The rooms were dirty, the bedding was stained, and the concrete sofa was awful. There was no proper wardrobe, just a handmade shelf that was disgusting. The table and chairs seemed likely to break and hurt someone. The old building had no maintenance, including broken flooring. The owners were terrible hosts and seemed interested only in the money. I wouldn’t choose this for a family holiday, and my experience was awful. In response to the owner of Residencial Letícia, I also want to say the ratings here are very different from the ones on Booking.

We’ve stayed here three times now, and each visit has been pleasant. The owners have always been kind, and we’ve never run into any problems. For us, it has everything we need to relax, so I definitely recommend it. Thanks for welcoming us again. We hope to come back in a few years.

The owners are wonderful, and I’d happily stay at Residencial Letícia again. It’s only a few meters from the beach, in a really nice part of Canasvieiras. I had an excellent stay and found the services very good. Highly recommended.
