Good value for a very comfortable stay. The beach is a 10min walk away, and there are several grocery stores, restaurants, and tourist attractions nearby.

The apartment is so good, really top-notch. Khelli and Netinho are super nice. Everything was clean and organized, the apartment feels brand new, and the bed is great. It was my first time at Praia do Santinho and I loved it. What a beautiful beach! I’ve become a fan and hope to return many times, God willing. I’ll definitely stay at “residencial Neto” again.

We were a family of two adults and two kids, and the apartment fit us comfortably. It was well kept, and the price felt fair. The residential building has a closed patio and a façade in great condition, on a quiet street about 600 meters from Santinho beach and under 3 km from Ingleses beach. We had a positive stay.

The owner was warm and helpful, and the place worked well for up to four people. Santinho beach is nearby. We had a great stay and would recommend it.
