Residencial Summer Beach

We stayed in apartment 306, and it was a huge mistake. The elevator was so small my grandmother couldn't fit, so we had to take turns, which felt awkward and humiliating. Prices were exorbitant for such deplorable service, and the staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to solve anything from the start. The room was dirty and neglected, with a terrible smell. The sheets had a used condom stuck to them and what looked like semen on them. It was repulsive and unforgivable for a place calling itself a hotel. The bed linens were visibly dirty, the walls had cracks and visible mold, and it seemed like nothing was maintained. The bathroom was unhygienic too, and they charged for products they didn't even supply. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, no exaggeration. I absolutely don't recommend it. Avoid this place if you don't want a terrible stay.

I stayed there last year and loved the beautiful setting and location. I’ve lost the number for the real estate agency we contacted, though. Does anyone have the agency’s number for questions or bookings?

The shower broke, and they didn't replace it, but they did let me use another bathroom.

There were cockroaches everywhere, and the washing machine didn't work. We paid extra for cleaning items like towels, but there wasn't any shampoo, soap, or even a trash can.
