Residencial Tranquilidade Florianopolis

The couple made our stay feel so comfortable and welcoming. They were incredibly attentive and gave us excellent service. What a wonderful place, thank you!

The couple who welcomed us were so kind and attentive. The cleaning was excellent, and since we stayed more than a week, they changed the bed linen. The toilet cleaned itself with those tablets in the flush tank, which kept the bathroom from smelling bad. It was a safe, peaceful place, especially at night.

The location worked really well for us, with secure parking and the beach only two blocks away. Junior and Clarice were helpful from the moment we arrived, even with our late 9 pm check-in and departure timing. They suggested beaches and shopping spots, and offered to accompany us to the hospital if we needed help. Our room was roomy and spotless, and the air conditioning cooled the whole space. We had all the cooking utensils we could need, and they brought fresh linens, towels, and kitchen towels every few days.

We had a very nice apartment, and the complex is in a great spot. Junior, the host, and his wife were so kind and easy to reach. Whenever we needed something, they sorted it out quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
