The breakfast buffet on the ground floor was really tasty. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, though they usually didn't help carry the luggage. The rooms were small for a large family, so you might need more than one, but there was a good little kitchen area. The bedsheets, bathroom, and rooms were all very clean. Overall, a good hotel.

We'd stay here again. The staff were nice and helpful, and breakfast was good. Our room was on the 10th floor, with a balcony and a nice view. It was spacious, quiet, and had a good bed. The location was convenient for walking to bus terminals, restaurants, coffee shops, the seafront, and shops.

The main advantage is the location, within walking distance of the bridge, town center, and waterfront. But it felt heavily priced for what it was, even allowing for my New Years Eve booking. The bedroom windows are thin, and with residential buildings so close, a quiet night's sleep isn't likely. The rooftop has a 'gym' with only 2 exercise machines and a 20'-8' pool. One day the room wasn't serviced, and on another I wasn't given fresh towels. There's no restaurant, just breakfast, and although Wifi is available, it only worked on one of my mobiles.

Breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was very good too.
