The apartment we rented through Quartum was beautiful and fully equipped, but getting the car in and out of the garage was a real ordeal. The entry and exit QR code only worked for one day. After that, we had to call the main office, where nobody spoke Spanish, just to get in or out. Without the security guards being kind enough to help, we would have been stuck sleeping outside. This could have been a 10, but we ran into so many problems.
