Awesome!

The property is quiet, private, and has plenty of outdoor places to lounge. It's also very well maintained, and the staff were kind and ready to help with anything we needed. I stayed in Unit 62, which seems to be individually managed along with the other units. It was modern and updated, comfortable, clean, and as well equipped as the photos suggest. The outdoor kitchen and patio look out toward the beach. I'd absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

We were in unit 60. The location is excellent, the condo is nice, and it's kid-friendly, but the house had some problems. The kitchen sink leaked into the cabinets and left an unpleasant smell. The ensuite bathroom drain was too slow, so water from the shower spilled out in minutes and reached the bedroom. Housekeeping was only so-so. They made the beds and changed the towels, but just swept the floor instead of mopping, so we came back to sand every day. The laundry setup also needs improvement. There's no washer-dryer in the house, and the laundry area opens onto a rear patio with almost no sun or airflow. It was impossible to wash anything and leave it there to dry. For a vacation rental, having no way to dry swimwear was a real problem.

The beach is just a block away, and they provide towels, umbrellas, and chairs for it. Breakfast is included, and there are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby, so the location is really convenient. We keep choosing this welcoming, peaceful place when we visit Florianópolis. The service has always been friendly, and we've truly enjoyed our stays. We'd stay here again.
