Xtay Oslo Florianópolis

The check-in was easy and the service was great. I spent a few days here and found the place lovely, with tidy rooms, clean sheets, and fresh towels. It’s also easy to get to some of Floripa’s tourist spots. I recommend it.

The rooftop has a barbecue and community garden, and there’s also coworking space, a mini market, and a full laundry room with steam irons. Inside, everything was clean, quiet, and very well organized, with a king-size bed, 65-inch screen, and a complete kitchen. The place feels modern and comfortable, with fast internet and easy digital entry. Its location in the heart of Florianópolis is great, in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. A fantastic stay from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

The bathroom has no window that can be opened, so steam builds up after a shower. The app can also be a bit awkward for a first-time user, and getting in is entirely digital, which may feel inconvenient at first. Otherwise, the apartment was comfortable, modern, and well kept. The area felt very safe even at night, and getting to different parts of the island was easy. There’s a university across the street, so you can hear some noise at night, though it didn’t bother me as a normal sleeper. If you sleep lightly, I’d look for a room at the back.

I found the place clean, organized, and really pleasant. The mini market, tech lockers, and secure, efficient facial access made my stay much easier. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Floripa.
