I came from Canada hoping to try this place for my birthday. The concept is great, but the execution was poor. For a five-star hotel, the food was mediocre. When we turned on the jacuzzi, it was full of dirt, which looked like a cleaning maintenance issue. The front desk said they’d move us to another room and call back in 10 minutes. We waited three hours, then had to check out.

We had a great time. The room with the pool is the best, and worth the cost 😌
