Getting any breakfast refills was a struggle. The breakfast staff made a lot of noise banging pots in the morning and seemed unconcerned about topping things up. I waited 30 minutes for the hot milk I’d asked for, and it never came. There’s no room service, and no phone in the room, so contacting reception means going down all the stairs or using WhatsApp. The room was noisy too, with samba going on all night, so sleeping was impossible. There’s no elevator, and breakfast is on the fourth floor. I don’t usually complain about hotels, but this was the worst one I’ve stayed at. Just awful.
