The food at breakfast was okay, with a few healthy choices, though finding a table could be difficult. At busy times, getting an omelette or tapioca could take a while. There are more than 150 rooms but only one tiny ground-floor pool, which wouldn’t fit 10 people. The gym wasn’t worth trying either. Noise was a major problem. I could hear the TV and people snoring in the next room, and on my last night a party in the restaurant was loud even from the seventh floor. The deluxe room was fairly spacious and well equipped, but the standard room was too small and its bathroom tiny. I expected a four-star hotel with matching service. Three stars would be generous. The service was friendly but very weak. On the night of the party, I tried to order dinner to my room and couldn’t reach the restaurant. I called reception twice; they said they’d contact the person taking orders. After nearly two hours, I gave up and ate out. Based on the four-star description, I wouldn’t recommend it.
