Aquarius Residence

The apartment was really well set up, with a great bathroom and living room, and a kitchen full of utensils in excellent condition. The building has 24-hour security, laundry, a gym, sauna, and a cozy pool area. I did find it odd that there was no reception, just the entrance desk, but whenever we had questions, we messaged the number provided by the booking app and got a quick reply. We had to request the parking access remote, and it was delivered a few hours later that same day. Check-in and checkout times were flexible and easy to arrange. We needed to leave around 4:00 a.m., contacted the person through WhatsApp, and everything was sorted at that hour without any trouble. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the beach. I never felt unsafe, though I stayed alert as I would anywhere. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back on another trip.

The apartment was small but very organized and had everything we needed, including a microwave, cutlery, an air fryer, and pots. The hotel itself was wonderful, with a sauna, jacuzzi, adult and children's pools, game room, gym, event hall, and parking. The lobby was comfortable, it felt very secure, and the staff were helpful. The location was perfect, about a 10-minute walk or less from the beach. My husband and I visited a few places nearby and found the area calm. There were some people living on the streets around there, which made us sad, but we didn't feel unsafe. Everything in the hotel worked perfectly. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Fortaleza.

The building is well set up, though the area doesn't feel very safe. There were also a few tiny cockroaches in the room. The pillows and shower were great.

The location worked really well for us as a family. There’s a leisure area with a pool, hot tub, and sauna, and the room is cleaned every three days. I loved it.
