What a disappointment. We arrived at 3 p.m., an hour after the 2 p.m. check-in time, and found the apartment dirty. The bed linen was dirty, the towels were dirty and wet, and there were food scraps in the sink and fridge. I didn’t stay in the apartment, but SOLEMAR refused to refund me. Hotel.com did too. Be careful renting here through that platform.

I rented an apartment for 15 days and had a very satisfying stay. It was comfortable, with two air-conditioned bedrooms, a closet, a clean bathroom, a full kitchen, and a laundry area. Everything worked perfectly, and the building staff at the entrance were always attentive. The view was beautiful, the setting felt family-friendly, and the building is in a great location. I’m definitely a customer now and will recommend the person who rented it to me. 10/10. 15.05.2023

The building is comfortable and made us feel at home. The pool was great and always empty, which I really liked, and the guys at reception were courteous and alert. It’s an incredible building with views in two directions, so I’m giving it four stars and hope to return soon. Our flat had no AC, and even with the sea breeze it was unbearably hot. The bathroom was broken and the bedroom was a little dusty.
