The claim that every room has a sea view is false. The staff seemed unprepared and took no initiative. They didn’t care about tourist guests or offer any guidance at all. The room cleaning was terrible, and when I asked for towels, they didn’t arrive until three days later. The pool water was dirty. I stayed four days and paid excessive fees. Breakfast was repetitive and bland, and they served tap water. There was no security or front desk, and the air conditioning was noisy. The worst hotel at Praia de Iracema.

I liked this hotel and hope they bring breakfast back, since they aren't serving it at the moment. The value for money is really good. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a strong shower and plenty of water. The place is airy and bright, and the location is excellent. Reception staff were polite, helpful, and attentive.
