Crocobeach Hotel

The back rooms are very small, so the room depends on which one you pick. The staff were friendly and breakfast was very nice. It's also perfectly located for getting to all the beaches.

The restaurant and bar were great, and accommodating for my kids. The rooms were clean, the views were beautiful, and the place is associated with a very nice bahacca. Most of all, the staff made us feel like honored guests with their warm, welcoming smiles. They deserve a lot of praise. Thank you so much, Caio!

There’s a 15% discount on beach huts and what you consume there. You need to show the hotel tag they give you at check-in. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though the bathrooms could use an upgrade. Rooms with balconies facing the beach have a great view.

I asked at check-in on June 8th to add three nights to my booking, which ran from June 8th to June 17th. I had work commitments in Fortaleza until June 20th and made the request in good time, but days passed without any update. Only three days before checkout did the hotel tell me it was full because of an upcoming conference and that rates had gone up significantly. If my request had been handled when I made it, this could have been avoided. I had to find another hotel at the last minute and ended up missing important commitments. There were other problems during the stay too. On more than one evening, there was no hot water after about 9:00 PM, so I couldn't take a proper shower. Around the pool, loud, chaotic activity disturbed the day and continued until 10:00 PM, when I called the front desk to ask them to step in. That made it hard to have the peaceful, restful stay I expected. The poor communication and these disruptions left me deeply dissatisfied. The service and attention to guest comfort seemed to have declined considerably, and the experience reflected a lack of oversight and care for guests. I hope the complaint is taken seriously and steps are taken to prevent this happening again.
