I’m writing to describe a serious communication and service failure I recently experienced here. I contacted the establishment through the WhatsApp number provided for reservations and received promotional price lists and discount options. I followed the team’s instructions and completed the requested form to secure a booking. After that, the conversation simply stopped. I waited more than an hour for the reservation to be finalized and confirmed, without any reply or support. Since I’d already made plans, I went to the motel. At reception, I explained what had happened and was told they couldn’t honor the same rates and discounts offered on WhatsApp. I ended up paying the full price, without the advertised discount. I want to be clear that I’m not asking to get the discount amount back. I’m posting because I’m unhappy with how little consideration I received. I’ve worked in commerce for many years and know how important it is to treat customers with respect. No customer should be left without an answer, then face this kind of frustration at reception after receiving an official offer from the establishment. I hope management sees this and makes the needed changes to the process, so other people don’t go through the same embarrassment.

The suites are very basic and have no privacy. When I arrived at the room’s garage, there was an employee there. As I was leaving, she didn’t even wait for me to get the car out before appearing at the room door to identify us. The room itself was very simple, with no labels for the lights or other things, and no air conditioning remote. I expected more from this place. Just one star.

I felt well looked after from start to finish. Everyone was polite, attentive and quick to help, and the place was spotless, organized and comfortable. You can see the care in the details. The WhatsApp service was great too, always attentive and helpful. I had an excellent experience and will definitely come back. Congratulations on the quality of service. I’m also leaving a small symbolic tip of R$ 100,00 for attendant Ingrid, for her kindness and dedication.
