The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were wonderful. I also appreciated the facial recognition used to enter the elevator area. My room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the shower water was reasonably hot, and the air conditioner worked okay. I judge hotels by safety, cleanliness, comfort, and quiet, and this one met my minimum expectations on all four. It was a good experience, except for a few things in the room that were never dealt with. The safe wasn't working. I told the desk on my first day, and the person seemed to record it; I also left a note for housekeeping, but it was never fixed or even mentioned. The main living area needed a new overhead bulb, which you'd think the maid might notice, and the TV was completely out of order.

The porch had a great view, even though it was tiny, and the rooms had free WiFi. Breakfast was nice, but there weren't many options. My room's air conditioner was broken, and the hotel entrance logo lights were off, so it was hard to find. Still, it's a good hotel.

The rooms were good, with a fridge and microwave, but there was no hot running water in the sink. They couldn't fix it, which was very poor.

The shower was nice, and there was good food at breakfast, plus free coffee in the room. On the downside, the WiFi signal was too weak and the TV signal kept cutting out.

The bed was very good and the room had a good amount of space. Breakfast was okay, though the WiFi wasn't good.
