Really nice place. The view from the 10th floor is amazing, and you don't get much traffic noise up there. I'd recommend booking a room on that floor.

The condominium has a gym, pools, and other leisure areas, plus a small market with a restaurant where you can get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The flats are comfortable, well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances that make a stay easier, and in a great location right in front of the Beira Mar market.

The building is spectacular and beautiful, and the staff deserve all the stars for being so friendly. The apartment itself was lovely, but the owner ruined our stay through poor care and frustrating communication. We arrived with cash because we couldn't pay with our credit card. We waited two hours for the person we rented from to respond, and he wouldn't let us in because he said payment was due, even though we had the money there. When he eventually sent a maid to collect it, she had to send him photos as proof, as if we planned to enter without paying. Unbelievable. The towels were filthy, like they were covered in feces, even though we were charged R$60 to clean the apartment before we moved in. The next day, we found cigarette butts on the sofa, though none of us smoke. It felt as if someone had been in the apartment. Then the kitchen sink fell in early one morning. I messaged the owner, but he didn't show up until two days later, the day before we left. On our first day, he said he would cancel our Booking.com reservation and handle it privately. For all five days, I messaged him asking him to remove the reservation, since it still showed as outstanding even though I had paid. He kept saying it would be canceled shortly. He finally canceled it on the afternoon we were leaving, after I told him I had cabins and knew cancellations were done on the spot. It's a shame, because we loved the place and would return, but only with a different host.
