This hotel is a real scam. It’s nowhere near four-star quality. The walls, rooms, and pool are disgusting and covered in mold, and everywhere smells damp. It gives Fortaleza a very bad image. The service is disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend room service, and the restaurant is even worse, it could make you sick. Check-in takes three years, and the way they operate has no modern touches at all.

I spent the last two nights of my trip there, and it was great. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was good too, and getting to the beach was easy.

The staff deserve top marks for being so friendly and attentive. The rooms are nice, and the hotel is set away from the main part of the city, so there’s less noise. With a bit more care and upkeep, especially attention to detail, this could be a five-star hotel. We’d stay again. Valeu!

The food was delicious, especially the seafood dishes my daughters tried. Breakfast was very good too, with lots of hot dishes, fruit, and really good pao de queijo. The hotel is right across from the beach, and the customer service was very good. I also want to recognize Adila, who works at the pool bar. She was professional and efficient. One day, a sandwich I ordered for myself and my daughters came without the ingredients I’d asked for. Adila apologized, went straight to the kitchen to have it made the right way, then brought it to our table and checked that everything was okay. She went above and beyond, and she’s a very sweet, professional woman who always had a smile.
