Hostel Aldeia Inn

Good place for the price, and splitting the cost between three of us made it worthwhile. The only issue was that garage access is restricted after 10 p.m., though that's understandable for a hostel or home.

Daniel welcomed us warmly and quickly gave clear answers to the information we needed. The place was clean and quiet, with a spacious room, air conditioning, and even a window looking onto the garden in my room. A good choice if you want somewhere private and well kept.

I paid R$ 75 by Pix for six hours, as agreed, but didn't use the service and the money wasn't returned. What kind of place can't refund that amount? I can prove that my grandmother was at a clinic in Aldeota all afternoon. You never told me there would be no refund if I didn't show up, and I can prove that too. You kept payment for a service you didn't provide, while I paid for something I couldn't use. A “day use” booking is for daytime, from morning through afternoon, so that description didn't apply to me. Customers have a right to a refund whether or not a guest arrives. That's the law, and you're not above it. You acted dishonestly, deceitfully, and cowardly. Maybe others haven't had the nerve to pursue their complaints, but I will. Please read the Consumer Defense Code and the hotel rules so you don't cheat anyone else.

The owners are wonderful and very attentive. The place is centrally located and easy to get around from. Thanks for such a warm welcome, I'll definitely come back 💕
