The cleaning staff couldn't provide enough towels for three people, so we had to go downstairs and ask for more every day. The reception team was responsive and usually brought what I asked for without much hassle. The location is good, near Iracema and Beira Mar beaches, Tabosa Avenue, and Meirelles neighboor.

The breakfast was the only good part. I booked four rooms for 12 people, three to each room, and checked in around 2 a.m. as I had told the hotel in a message through booking.com. They'd said the reception was open 24 hours and there was no need to change the booking online. But when we arrived, they said there were no rooms available and told us to come back around noon, the regular check-in time. We had elderly people, kids, and babies with us, and had to find somewhere else to sleep at 2 a.m. I showed the receptionist the chat, but no one seemed to care or even apologize. When we returned at noon, the third bed in each room wasn't made. We checked in with three cards per room, but nobody told us we had to collect sheets, a pillow, and towels for the third person at reception. After putting our luggage down, we asked for restaurant suggestions, and the reception staff said they didn't know anything about places to eat. It seemed strange that they either knew nothing about the city where they worked and lived or didn't want to help. We found somewhere ourselves and walked around. When we came back to sleep, we still had to fetch that third person's bedding, pillow, and towels. The rooms were booked for three, and we had three cards for each, yet nobody had prepared or given us those things. I'm very disappointed with the communication and service. The staff didn't seem to care.

The room was tiny, with no blankets, and service left a lot to be desired. The only person I dealt with about reservations was slow and unhelpful. My first room had a broken AC. In the next one, the single beds felt so flimsy I thought they might collapse under me. A very disappointing experience.

My family and I loved our stay. The rooms were perfect for a good night's sleep, and the hotel staff were extremely polite and friendly.
