The room was far hotter than the website led us to expect. Although air conditioning was advertised, it only cooled one small area, and the rest of the room was unbearably hot at night. We also felt unsafe traveling with children because the windows and sliding door didn’t lock properly, and there was no safety net. The intercom didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi was so weak it barely worked during our stay. It even kept interrupting the TV. Breakfast was very limited and below basic standards. When we brought up these problems, the staff, especially the reservation manager, showed no empathy and made no effort to sort them out. Staff in general were rude and dismissive. I rarely write reviews, but this stay was so disappointing that I wanted to warn others. The place may look fine online, but the poor facilities, safety concerns, and unprofessional service mean I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is excellent, with a beautiful view and a neighborhood where we felt safe walking. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance, and the staff greeted us with smiles every time and were very helpful. The room could use some upgrades, and the amenities are basic. The TV’s stuttering and pixelation got annoying. Try booking directly with the hotel, since third-party agencies don’t get the same room amenities.

The balcony view is extraordinary, and the staff were nice. We had the kitchen appliances we needed for basic breakfasts, including a coffee machine. Room service only came once in two days.

The ocean and beach view is fantastic, and the location is right in the center. The apartments were clean and well equipped, with reception service and a pool.

Breakfast was the best you could ask for in the morning. Everything was prepared perfectly, from the fresh fruit, sausage, tapioca, juices, and bread to the scrambled eggs.
