Motel Emoções (Adults Only)

I kept going back because of the location, and regretted it every time. The service is awful, it’s expensive, there’s no hot water, not even in the tub, and the tub’s hydromassage doesn’t work. There was nothing to eat for sale, either. They even tried to charge me for intimate soap I hadn’t used. It just keeps getting worse. If you decide to risk it, leave a comment so other people know how bad it is.

The room was filthy, the bathroom was disgusting, and the sink was covered in toothpaste. The shower was awful, spraying water in every direction. This was our first and last stay. My husband and I went for an overnight stay on my birthday, and the whole experience was terrible. Our car alarm went off twice, as if someone had tried to get in, and the staff made noise and kept slamming doors all night. The TV was completely outdated, there was no hot water or breakfast, and there was mold everywhere. And it wasn’t cheap, either. Whew, lol.

I called ahead to book a suite with a pool, but no one mentioned that both air conditioners had problems. I only found out when I arrived. Of the three TVs, just one worked, and the AC only blew air. There was a lot of mold on the walls, and I’d rate the service a 3.

The easy-to-reach location near Av. Aguanambi, Av. 13 de maio, and Av. Pontes Vieira is a plus, but this motel still has a lot to improve. I stayed in the Super Luxury suite twice. It’s spacious, though the room feels underfurnished, and the layout and decor could make better use of the space. There were very few condoms, lubricants, food items, and erotic products in the room, so customers need more choices. On my last visit there wasn’t a menu, and I had to call and ask them to bring one. I picked something to eat, only to be told there was nothing in the kitchen. The receptionist said an employee had gone to the market to buy ingredients. It was around 2 p.m. The whirlpool wasn’t very clean, and I didn’t feel comfortable getting in. The service, menu, prices, and suites all need work.
