Pousada em Fortaleza - Sol de Iracema

I have never been treated so badly. The woman working nights was lovely and became friends with us, but the daytime woman was unbearable. She kept looking down on us as if we were staying for free, making nasty jokes and embarrassing us in front of other people. As my friends and I were leaving, we put our things in the Uber and went back into the room to check it. She said, “Thank God there's nothing of yours here anymore.” I've never felt so humiliated or mistreated.

The rooms were really bad. The air conditioner barely cooled, the bathroom walls were unfinished, and the bed was broken. The shower dripped, the air conditioner leaked too, and there was water damage. Breakfast was very basic.

I really liked the place. It was comfortable, well organized, and clean, and breakfast was included and very good. The staff were really nice and treated me well. I loved getting to know Pousada Sol de Iracema. Everything was good.

We stayed here for a second time and had another really good experience. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and I felt right at home. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for that kind of feeling.
