What a terrible place, a real mistake to stay here. The staff looked very unfriendly, and I had to switch rooms twice. The air conditioner didn’t work in one room, and the internet was out in the other. The bathrooms were filthy, the bedding was badly washed and had several semen and menstrual blood stains, and the rooms smelled of mildew and cigarettes.

In my opinion, this place gets zero. It was dirty, smelly, and the service was awful. They charge what you’d expect to pay for a comfortable inn but provide absolutely nothing like that. The place felt unhealthy, with a mildew smell, cockroaches, reused sheets, and dirty towels. Breakfast was very limited and served in a dirty room, too. This was the worst inn I’ve stayed in. Health inspectors need to visit urgently.

My stay was pretty uneventful. The location is reasonable, but I thought the nightly rate was too high for what they provide. My room had no window, so it was dark with no natural light or ventilation. You also have to ask if you want the room cleaned.

I booked more than 30 days ahead and paid a 300 reais deposit to hold the reservation. Ten days before the stay, they said the price was wrong and added 400 reais to the total. I tried to negotiate, but they wouldn’t agree. I asked for my money back, but they didn’t refund all of it, even though the whole conversation is there on my WhatsApp. Then they blocked me.
