There was no juice at breakfast, and you can only pay cash for minibar items, no debit cards. The morning employee seemed completely uninterested and uninformed, saying, “I’m not from here,” and appeared more focused on her phone than on giving guests information. The operation felt amateurish, with no basic training for hospitality service. I won’t come back, and I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. The area felt dangerous, right in front of a busy avenue, and there was nothing nearby like a pharmacy or bakery. I had to take an Uber to Iguatemi, which cost about 10 reais, to buy something and come back. Some minibar items were missing when I arrived, so check everything to avoid being charged later. I’m done with this place.
