Beach Class Fortaleza has serviced apartments and apartment-hotel or residence options, mostly condominium-style units with one, two, or more bedrooms. Many have kitchens or kitchenettes, balconies, and good amenities. The location is a big plus, close to Iracema Beach, Meireles Beach, the Beira Mar promenade, shops, and restaurants.
Getting into the apartments through the garage feels strange. A lot of the units are old, dirty, and have serious mold issues. Even if they claim a place has been renovated, that hasn't made a difference in my experience. I'd especially stay away from apartment 1605.
The rooms are OK, but when something goes wrong, getting it sorted depends too much on the landlord stepping in.
