The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities, including air conditioning, pool access, a gym, private parking, and snooker tables. I rented it and found it very nice. The view of Praia de Iracema is beautiful, and it's also close to Receita Federal, Dragao do Mar, and plenty of restaurants and bars. I'd really like to stay there again.
