A calm, relaxing place, with amazing staff and breakfast. I really love it here. There's never anything to complain about, and you'll be well taken care of :)

My coworkers and I have stayed at this hotel often since early 2025, usually for about 15 days at a time when we're in Fortaleza for work. There are several things that could be better, especially room cleaning, replacing basic items for guests, and providing more suitable blankets. Until now, we kept coming back mainly because of the excellent night reception team. Josué, Ruan, Pedro, and Gustavo are attentive, polite, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand. They deserve recognition. My experiences with receptionist Thaís have been a different story, and the problems have happened repeatedly. Her manner with guests has felt rude, lacking in empathy, and unprepared. Last Tuesday, after we got back late from work, I asked reception for a hair dryer because the rooms don't have one. The night staff told me I didn't need to take it then, since it would be brought to my room the next morning. Around 7:20 on Wednesday, I called reception to ask for the dryer and an iron. Thaís said I had to come downstairs to collect them. I explained that the night team had given me different instructions, and that I was in my room with wet hair wrapped in a towel, needing the iron so I could get dressed. I couldn't come down in that state. Her reply was cold and curt: she said she couldn't do anything for me. I ended up going to reception in my pajamas, with my hair still wrapped in a towel. It was an entirely unnecessary embarrassment and fell below even a basic standard of hospitality. On another occasion, a coworker simply asked Thaís for help pushing two single beds together. She answered just as rudely, saying there were no housekeepers available, without offering guidance or another option. These aren't one-off incidents. This recurring behavior has seriously hurt the guest experience, and it's why my coworkers and I have decided we won't stay at this hotel again. Nobody leaves home to spend 15 days away on a work trip just to be treated with rudeness, indifference, and disrespect. I hope this account is taken seriously and action is taken so other guests don't have similar experiences.

We came by just for breakfast one Sunday, to do something different with my family. It was affordable, the food was tasty, and there was parking, though I understood it was rotating. I ordered tapioca made fresh with a little cheese on the outside, and it was delicious. The staff were friendly, there was some music playing, and the stuffed bread was wonderful. They also had a chocolate cake that was unreal. Congratulations, I'll be back with my friends.

The breakfast and other meals were delicious, and the service was excellent. Everyone was lovely and attentive, from Thaís at reception, who's a sweetheart, to the guys on the night shift. The hotel management is outstanding too.

I've never stayed at a hotel with such great value for money, in Brazil or abroad. The facilities are well built, well kept, clean, and organized. The managers and staff deserve congratulations. This hotel is excellent.
