The worst part was the last night. At 23:50, the owner sent a man to install an air conditioner in the room next to mine, drilling into the wall. My four-year-old daughter was trying to sleep. I asked the worker to stop, then the owner came to my door and asked me to put up with 15 minutes of noise, saying it would be quick, that this was the only room without AC, and that the arriving guest wouldn’t accept it without the unit. I said I wouldn’t agree to the noise. She left looking annoyed. This place is completely unprepared to host guests, and I absolutely don’t recommend it. There were other problems too. The AC was so loud that I sometimes had to turn it off and deal with the heat. The double bed was really two singles pushed together, and the shared kitchen fridge didn’t cool. The owner, who lives there, left her personal clothes drying on a floor rack by the pool. The pool was dirty, with lots of hair on the second day. There was a lot of rubble behind the inn near my room, and three cockroaches got inside.

The worst rental experience of my life. We came from far away, got stuck in traffic, and told them we’d arrive late, at 23:30. They had no flexibility or understanding of unexpected delays and left us out on the street. On top of that, they were extremely rude.

The inn was cozy and clean, and the owner was polite and helped when needed. Breakfast was simple but enough for our needs. Its location is excellent, near a pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurants, including Churrascaria Ponto Certo nearby. A bus stop is right at the door, and buses to the Falls and nearby parks pass along the lower avenue.

There’s a shopping center nearby, and the location is great. The atmosphere is peaceful and family-friendly. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.
