It was a horrible experience. Check-in was supposed to be at 14h, but when we arrived at 15h30, none of our reserved rooms were ready. The students with me had to sit on the reception floor while we waited for more than 6 hours. The manager couldn’t explain what was going on and only said, “Unexpected things happen!” When we contacted support on WhatsApp, they told us there were bars and ice cream stalls on the hotel street where we could wait. A total disregard for us. When we finally got into the rooms, the toilet flushes were broken and the showers were the kind you buy for R$50,00 at corner shops. Some bath towels were from other hotels and even motels. Construction materials were left in the corridors, with beds propped against the walls. The rooms had no spare keys, just one key. It was an awful stay.

Really good value for money and a very good location. The room was clean, breakfast was very good, and every staff member we dealt with was polite and helpful.

The room was clean, and we had a flat-style unit with a kitchen, minibar, and microwave. There wasn’t a pleasant view, and this isn’t a hotel for Instagram, but it suited us well since we mainly needed somewhere to rest between activities in Foz. Breakfast was honest and had the basics to get the day started. The dining area is a little cramped, but manageable. Right in the city center, it’s surrounded by useful places like restaurants, bakeries, souvenir shops, laundries, and utility stores, some of which are open on weekends. A good choice if you want a low price and don’t need much luxury.

The place is simple but pleasant, with a great location and clean room and bathroom. The beds are new, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. I recommend it.
