Anyone looking at this place, don't book it. The photos make it look cozy, but the actual place is nothing like them. The person who spoke to my mother told her to complain through the app if she wasn't happy, so that's what I'm doing, complaining wherever I can. Booking has it rated 9, but that rating is completely wrong. I don't know how anyone who stays here can say it's good. On top of that, Booking is charging 205 reais. There are apparently two guesthouses listed, one rated 9.5 and another rated 6, but it's the same place. The one with the 9.5 rating doesn't exist.

AVOID! The owner cancelled my paid booking. According to Booking, he had overbooked. He left me out on the street in Ciudad del Este in the middle of Black Friday, and I had to pay more than R$ 3,600.00 for somewhere else to stay. Imagine what this guesthouse must be like if the owner does that. AVOID!

I just arrived in Foz do Iguaçu and found out about this guesthouse through Booking. It's quiet, full of trees, and right beside a stream. I recommend it. Learn to use public transportation in Foz do Iguaçu.

There's not even a blanket in the room, and when you ask, the excuse is that it's hot and nobody uses one. Really? They also said that if you feel cold, don't turn on the air conditioning. There's no minibar, and breakfast is nonexistent, not even coffee offered by the owner. Go somewhere else. If the owner wants to get into tourism, they need to improve a lot. This isn't a guesthouse, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The owner only thinks about money, not welcoming guests.
