The pool area looks nice and the gym is okay, but the unreliable Wi-Fi was a real problem for me. I work in tech and couldn’t get any work done from my room, only from the lobby, and even there the connection wasn’t enough for my job. It made the stay really stressful. The rooms are dated and don’t include basics like conditioner or body lotion. Decent hotel, but three stars at best.

We found this hotel the same day we arrived in Brazil for a trip to Iguazu Falls, and they also let us extend our stay by a day without any hassle. There were five of us, including my mom, and the kids had plenty to do: huge pools, a soccer field, an outdoor playground, and an indoor one too. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Even though I was there for business, the atmosphere and hospitality made the stay feel special. The restaurant staff were wonderful, always greeting people with a smile despite having hundreds of guests to serve. Thanks especially to Vanessa Delboni for all her support and for organizing the WTT Star Contender event.

The buffet is a good option for a family or friends gathering. There’s plenty of seating in the large hotel, and the lunch spread has meat, fish, salad, desserts and ice cream, along with pizza and rice. Some dishes are from Argentina and Brazil. The food tasted good and the price was reasonable.

The food, show, and performance were really nice, though it was a bit expensive.
