Really top-notch.

The room was awful, and the overnight stay was a terrible experience. The bathtub was filthy, and neither the shower nor the hydro tub had hot water. I called reception, but the call kept cutting off, and nobody fixed the problem. I paid for things I couldn’t even use.

The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, clean and tidy bathroom, good towels, and a shower that worked perfectly. There was also a hair dryer and a blackout curtain. The staff were extremely helpful, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and breakfast was included and good. The menu had plenty of choices at reasonable prices. It’s easy to reach in Franca, and the rates are good for an overnight stay.

We asked to change rooms because the first one had a dirty floor and cigarette butts in the bathroom. Then, when we turned on the bathtub in the suite, a condom floated up. Cleanliness was basically zero. The control panel only picked up one music station and wouldn’t turn off, and if you ran the tub and shower together, no water came out of the shower. At $289 a night, I can’t recommend it.

Bad experience. The staff couldn’t give clear information.
