Nena Suite

Okay.

It’s a practical, no-frills place in Franca if you need somewhere quiet to sleep before continuing your trip. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and it had that simple feeling of arriving, taking a shower, and getting some rest. The location is helpful, and the price makes sense for a stopover or anyone looking for something convenient. It’s not luxurious, but it does what it promises without hassle.

The price felt high for what I got, but on that very rainy day when I couldn’t continue my trip, the place worked well for me.

The ceiling in the bathroom started coming down while I was showering, leaving a hole. I was staying there on the 15th and had checked in at 3 a.m. I have rhinitis, so it made me really anxious and aggravated my allergy. I asked the desk attendant to check it right away, and he offered me another room. But I didn’t think it was fair to keep paying 280 for a night until noon after that kind of situation. I asked for a refund, and he told me to call on Monday. The manager said she’d speak with finance and get back to me, but she never did. When I called again, I was told they couldn’t refund me. I suggested they give me another night instead, and she said she’d follow up. Four days later, still nothing. This hotel is a joke.
