We paid 500 reais a night and stayed just steps from Ferrugem Beach. The family-run inn was very clean, and the owner keeps the shared area organized. Our ground-floor room came with air conditioning, a TV, stovetop, microwave, fridge with freezer, and linens. The mattress felt a little too firm for us. There’s a shared outdoor kitchen with all the utensils you need, plus a grill. Parking is outside, but feels very secure. They also offer apartments with up to three bedrooms.

Paulo was always attentive and really helpful. The place is comfortable, has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and is well located near the beach and restaurants.

Never again. The room was filthy, with even a dead cockroach on top of the fridge. The place smelled moldy, and the ceiling fan didn’t work. There was no air conditioning, so we had to make do with a noisy fan. The mattress was hard. They didn’t provide toilet paper, and the owner said the first one was a courtesy. We weren’t allowed to play music, even though it was only 8 p.m. A complete lack of respect for the customer!

We felt very welcome, and Paulo answered our questions and helped with everything we needed. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and airy, with everything we needed. It’s only a few steps from the beach and close to restaurants and markets. We’ll definitely be staying at Aldeia again!

Ferrugem Beach is considered small, and it’s a great place for a family holiday. The locals are very polite, and the area is clean. Nighttime activities have a set end time so summer visitors can get some rest.
