Pousada Las Ondas

Breakfast was excellent, and the inn is spacious and very pretty. The pools were cleaned every day, but I never saw them being treated. The room had plenty of space and a mezzanine, though the bed and mattress were in awful condition. The deck by the lagoon is rotten and could be dangerous, and the children's play equipment is rotten too. I'd rate it as a three-star inn. It has potential, but feels a bit neglected and needs better care.

Javi and Adrián were fantastic, always helping with a smile 🫶🏽. The people looking after this beautiful inn were so lovely, and I really fell for the place and all its spaces. There's a communal kitchen with all the appliances, grills, lovely pools, and a games room. Honestly, it has everything. The atmosphere is peaceful too.

There's a lot of outdoor space and amenities, but the rooms are cramped, have little to no ventilation, and are noisy.

We stayed in room 23 on the second floor. It's small, just right for a couple, with great air conditioning, a wonderful gas shower, a hair dryer, and no bad smells. The bed was great, with two good pillows per person, and bath and face towels were provided. Juan welcomed us and was calm and attentive. The room was cleaned and the towels changed during our stay. There are two pools, several shared spaces, a kitchen, a games room, parking, and a night guard. The inn is large, with lots of rooms. The TV had no internet, so we couldn't use it, and it rained during our stay. There's a deck by the lake, but sadly it's in poor condition. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with fluffy cakes, fresh juice, coffee without sugar, hot and cold milk, fruit, and yogurt. There was no blanket or duvet in the room, just a bedspread, but we'd brought a small blanket. Shops nearby are expensive. I definitely recommend the inn.
