The only thing that made the stay worthwhile was breakfast. I stayed at this hotel every time I visited Goiânia for three years, choosing more expensive rooms because I wanted to be comfortable during 15-day stays. It got worse each year. At check-in, reception staff were rude and rolled their eyes at simple questions, as if I were asking for a free favor. They laughed and got along well with each other, but treated guests very differently. The hotel has a great location, and some room problems might be forgivable, but the staff's attitude ruined the whole experience. The rooms had plenty of issues too. I had to go downstairs to remagnetize my key card whenever I left the room. The Wi-Fi was awful, and the old TV got no channels or Netflix, it was just decoration. Wardrobe doors were falling off, the bathroom door stuck, and clean towels and toilet paper weren't replenished even after housekeeping cleaned. They also knocked even when I had put up the Do Not Disturb sign, just to restock the minibar. I'd give the service a zero.

The room we moved to was spacious, clean, and much better than the first one, with a very comfortable bed, good bedding, and a double shower we loved. We had originally asked for a higher floor, but the Wi-Fi didn't work in that room and the minibar wasn't cooling, so they moved us to a lower floor. We paid a lot for two nights over Carnival weekend. On Sunday, before spending the day out, I called reception and asked them to change just the sheets and towels. Everything was set up as requested when we returned. At checkout the next day, I noticed my SmartWatch wasn't where I'd left it. I thought my boyfriend had packed it, but he hadn't. I later realized a pair of shapewear shorts was missing too. I called the hotel late that day, which was Monday of Carnival, and was told Lost and Found only worked during business hours. When I called again Wednesday, they said to contact the manager. I tried calling and messaging for two days with no reply. Eventually I called reception again, complained about how the manager was treating a guest, and she finally called me. She said the internet signal there was bad when I asked why she hadn't responded. I explained that my belongings were missing. Manager Erica said she would check with housekeeping and review the cameras. After five days, I messaged her. She said housekeeping had checked, the items weren't in Lost and Found, they'd searched the rooms, and security had checked the footage, but nothing had turned up. When I asked if things could just go missing from a room during checkout and that was it, she only said they'd checked and hadn't found anything. The whole response was awful. A manager should at least help resolve a guest's problem. If I hadn't kept chasing them, I doubt I'd have gotten any answer. My things went missing and the hotel seems fine with that. It's outrageous how dismissive the manager was. This could happen to others too. I'm furious, and I won't even go near this hotel again.

My room door wouldn't close, and they often forgot to leave towels in my room. About 70% of the people there were rude. The shower didn't work, and there was no hair dryer. They took a long time to find one and were very rude about it. The old air conditioner made a lot of noise, and the room was dark. Breakfast was awful, bizarre even. They put a giant tray of plain cornstarch biscuits on the table just to take up space. For the nightly rate, it makes no sense to skimp so much on breakfast. There weren't any cutlery or plates if you needed them.
