The best part is being near several good elementary and high schools. The leisure area is reasonable overall, with a pool table, ping-pong, a party room, a small court, and a little pet area, though the pool is cold. The garage is an unventilated maze. When one car is coming in and another is going out, drivers have to make contortionist maneuvers to get past each other.

The building is clean, organized, well located, and has good apartments. In my view, though, the entrance and security vestibule are a serious flaw. The two doors are so close together that people have trouble passing through. There is no separate route for residents and visitors, so residents often end up stuck waiting while service workers or delivery people identify themselves before they can get in. Since many residents work and study nearby, a lot of people come and go on foot instead of by car. That means heavy foot traffic at the entrance. The design should be reconsidered to fit how the condominium is actually used and make things more comfortable and practical for residents.

Everything was well kept and quiet, and the location worked really well.

The building is well built and in a good location, but the condo fees are a real drawback, with endless extra charges. The garage entry system gets a zero from me: anyone can get in just by using a remote, and people who don't live there take the parking spaces. Weekends and holidays are especially chaotic. Parties held alongside the pool create a lot of noise and make things uncomfortable for residents. I suggest the owners focus on renting to health professionals and students, like ORION, WR, Simbios etc. Otherwise, their apartments may lose market value soon.
