I booked through Booking and specified a 10 p.m. check-in. After arriving by Uber at the address shown on Google, we spent about 30 minutes trying to find the property. That address led to a place that didn’t match the photos, had no electronic lock, and had nobody available to answer us. I could only reach a WhatsApp bot, so I had to pay the Uber another 40 reais to take me to a nearby hotel, then spend R$ 170 on a night at a proper hotel so I wouldn’t be left on the street. The next day, at least, they refunded the reservation. Nobody covered the loss I’d incurred because no one was there to help.

Check-in and check-out were easy to handle on my own. It’s a cozy, peaceful place, and quiet most of the time.

I know the hotel as a visitor. I’m a massage therapist and go there to treat guests.

The rooms are reasonable, and the location is really good. I did miss having a TV, but it’s inexpensive and good value for the money.

The place is pretty, the neighborhood feels safe, and it was clean. I stayed for three days and missed having a TV in the room and at least one mirror.
