Condominio Cristal Palace

Crystal Place Condominium is well organized and has a good structure. It’s peaceful and feels safe, with well-kept areas, regular cleaning, and an orderliness that makes residents and visitors feel secure. The location is convenient, with easy access and plenty of city services nearby. It’s a pleasant, thoughtfully planned place to live or visit, and the attention to detail makes for a good experience.

DON’T STAY HERE!!! This was the worst experience of my life. I rented it expecting what was shown in the listing, but it was awful, a complete rip-off. When I arrived at night, I found abandoned apartments that smelled musty, were dirty, and were in deplorable condition. It was horrible!! They need to close this building and do an urgent renovation and pest treatment!!!

Wonderful and well equipped. The pool is warm, and Parque Areiao is practically the backyard. There’s a beauty salon and a new gym right at the hotel, plus a bakery and restaurants nearby. I’d call it perfect. I also have to mention restaurant 1008, which is an attraction in itself and practically next door!

I’m writing to record how deeply dissatisfied I am with the administration’s failure to act over a serious situation involving harassment, defamation, and threats by a resident or frequent visitor. The worst incident happened as I was heading to the building’s market. A man who appeared visibly drunk swore at me, followed me down the hallway, and tried to get into the elevator with me. The doors shut just in time. I left frightened and feeling threatened in a place where I should have felt safe. There have already been reports of this same man having problems with other women in the condominium, yet the administration still hasn’t taken effective action. It’s unacceptable for a condominium to ignore situations that put residents’ safety and well-being at risk, especially women’s. I hope this review warns future residents and finally prompts the administration to take serious, responsible steps.
