They only allow check-in at 2 pm, and I found them very inflexible about the timing. The hotel also doesn't accept foreigners. Be careful before you book.

There's a mini market and a laundry downstairs, which is convenient, and some restaurants are close by. Parque Vaca Brava and shopping centers are nearby too. The reception staff were very polite. I stayed in room 1410, which was very clean and had a nice view of the Goiás field. Parking for one car was included.

The balcony door was dented where it needed to fit, so it wouldn't close. The bedding was old and fraying, and the toilet kept running for a long time. I complained at reception, but nothing was done.

Really awful. They canceled my room and those of five friends, even though our trip was more than seven months away when we booked. Then, two months before we were due to travel, they canceled. It felt extremely disrespectful. Their email reply was rude and just said they were following the cancellation rules. Not everything should be handled that way.
