I spent some lovely days there a long time ago. I was back recently, but only to pick up a family member.

The service was excellent, but the room setup was awful. The pillows had hard lumps, like they were stuffed with scraps of firm foam. They’d just thrown a sheet over the mattress, and when I lay down it slipped off, leaving me on the mattress’s plastic cover. The comforter hadn’t been washed; I think the housekeeper just folded it after the previous guest and left it there, because it still smelled like that person’s perfume. The room was meant for a couple, but there was only one person’s worth of towels and blankets.

I liked the place a lot. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. There was a woman named Monica who was such a sweetheart. The room was clean, the bathroom was functional, and the shower, air conditioning, and elevator all worked, so I think everything was in order.
